Legal Tuning LLC is committed to ensuring that https://legaltuning.com is accessible to all users, including users with disabilities. The site targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This statement describes our commitment, the measures in place, and the channel for reporting accessibility concerns.
1. Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We test new features against this standard before release and conduct periodic audits of the existing site.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML — landmarks, headings, and lists are properly nested for screen reader navigation.
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, including a skip-to-main-content link.
- Visible focus indicators — all focused elements show a clear, high-contrast outline.
- Color contrast — text and meaningful icons meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimums.
- Reduced motion — when a user has configured their operating system to reduce motion, we respect that preference and minimize animation.
- Alternative text — informative images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked decorative.
- Forms — every form field has an associated label, and errors are announced to assistive technology.
- Resizable text — content remains usable when zoomed to 200% or when the OS font size is increased.
- No autoplay — we do not autoplay audio or video.
3. Known limitations
We strive to make every page meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If we discover a barrier, we document it here and prioritize a fix. As of the effective date above, we have no known unresolved AA-level barriers. If you find one, please tell us.
4. Reporting an accessibility concern
Accessibility concerns may be reported through the channel below:
- Email hello@legaltuning.comwith the subject line "Accessibility."
- Include a link to the page on which the concern was encountered and a description of the impediment.
- Our team responds within two business days and works to remediate identified issues within thirty (30) days where feasible.
5. Compatibility
https://legaltuning.com is designed to work with current and recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and mobile. We test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and at common viewport sizes from 320px upward.
6. Document accessibility
The Microsoft Word documents we deliver are produced with semantic structure (proper heading levels, table headers, alt text on images, and readable color contrast). If you require an alternate format (tagged PDF, plain text, large print), email hello@legaltuning.com and we will provide one at no additional charge.
7. Updates to this statement
We update this statement as our accessibility posture evolves. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
