Creator partnerships

For creators, podcasters, and industry voices.

Legal Tuning has built the most comprehensive public dataset on Clean Air Act enforcement against the performance automotive aftermarket. 130 cases, $720.5M in disclosed civil penalties, every consent decree linked to its source. We make that data — and the underlying story — freely available to creators covering the industry.

What we offer

The data, free

Full access to our enforcement database, including filterable views by year, defendant category, state, and penalty range. Case-level deep-dive notes available on request. We do not gate any of it behind login or pricing.

Episode research support

Pre-built angles tailored to your content focus. Defendant deep-dives. Statutory citations linked to the relevant section of the Clean Air Act. A 20-minute Zoom walkthrough with our team if useful.

Affiliate revenue share

Optional, never required. If your audience converts on the program, you earn 20% of first-transaction revenue per referred customer. Per-creator unique discount code. Monthly payouts.

What we ask

Two things, neither difficult.

Credit + a link.

Mention Legal Tuning by name in the episode where you use the data, and include a link to legaltuning.com/enforcement in the description. That's the entire ask for editorial collaboration.

Consistency with the message.

We don't partner with channels actively promoting the modifications the EPA enforces against. If your channel's content style is “rolling coal” or selling defeat devices as positive product reviews, we are the wrong partner for you. Educational, technical, race-only, off-road-genuine, and industry-analysis content fits well; product-promotion content for noncompliant components does not.

Sample episode angles

Six angles your audience would actually watch.

Each of the angles below maps to specific entries in the public enforcement database. We can pull the underlying defendant list, settlement amounts, statutory citations, and consent decree links for any angle you choose.
